We assist clients by:

- Assisting with the preparation and submission of finance applications
- Liaising with lenders and other parties during the approval process
We do not provide legal or taxation advice.
3- Lenders and Products
We have access to a range of banks and non-bank lenders.
We do not necessarily have access to every lender or credit product available in the market.
4- How We Are Paid
TVB & Partners Finance may receive remuneration in the following ways:
Commission from the Lender
If your finance application is successful, the lender may pay us:
- an upfront commission, and/or
- an ongoing commission
Commission amounts vary depending on the lender and product.
Fees Payable by You
In some circumstances, we may charge a fee for our services.
Any fee will be disclosed and agreed with you before proceeding.
5- Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to providing professional service.
